What the Ecommerce Publishing Checker checks

  • Find missing titles, SKUs, descriptions and image references.
  • Detect duplicate SKUs, invalid price formats, negative prices and zero-price review cases.
  • Flag possible conflicts between numeric specifications in titles and descriptions.
  • Highlight provenance, certification and guarantee wording that needs supporting evidence.
  • Compare expected variants and approved image references using matching SKUs.

From exported data to a useful report

  1. Export your catalogue or website crawl to CSV, TSV or a JSON array.
  2. Import the files, then review or adjust the detected column mapping.
  3. Run the checks and inspect errors, warnings and items that need review.
  4. Export the full report as CSV or JSON, or use your browser to print/save a PDF.

Each input supports up to 10,000 records and 10 MB. The report displays which fields could be checked and which were unavailable. The on-screen report and print view show up to 500 matching findings; CSV and JSON retain all findings.

Desktop $79 USD Portable offline HTML app for one computer; opens in a modern browser.
Mobile + Desktop bundle $99 USD Both delivery formats for one business, one mobile device and one computer.

Prices are in USD for one business. Both editions use the same checking engine and file limits. The bundle includes both delivery formats, not automatic device synchronisation. Mobile installation uses Chrome on Android or Safari Add to Home Screen on iPhone/iPad. Desktop web-app installation uses a compatible browser; the portable desktop file also runs offline.

These are installed web apps (PWAs) and portable browser applications, not native APK or EXE installers. Hosting and domains are separate. Mobile setup requires a compatible HTTPS host. Confirm browser/device compatibility and delivery arrangements before payment. Delivery is arranged manually after verified payment; no instant download or automatic subscription.

Your data and saved projects

Imported file contents are processed on your device. Choose Save to retain the latest project in your current browser, or export a project file to back it up and move it between devices. Automatic cloud sync, shared staff accounts and background monitoring are not included. Clearing browser data removes the saved browser copy.

What this release does not verify

This release analyses supplied files. It does not crawl live websites or test current redirects and image availability. Image URLs are compared; the software does not determine whether a photograph shows the correct product. Possible specification conflicts and claims are flags for human review, not factual judgments. Reference checks require unique matching SKUs and explicit expected variant lists. It does not connect to your store credentials or publish changes.

For website migrations, use accurate crawl exports taken before and after the move. For publishing checks, prepare an approved reference when you need to check missing variants or changed image references. A report with no issues is not a certification that every product or page is correct.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a WooCommerce export?

Yes. Common fields such as SKU, Name, Regular price, Images and Description are detected. Review column mapping before running. Variation rows are treated as records; supply explicit variant lists for expected-option checks.

Does it require an AI subscription?

No. This release uses deterministic checking rules and has no AI API dependency.

Does it work offline?

The supplied desktop HTML file processes imports offline. A successfully cached installed web app can analyse local files offline after its first online load. Browser cache and installation behaviour vary, so test your target device before relying on offline use.

Can the app change my website?

No. This release produces a review report. You decide which corrections to apply in your store or website tools.
