This is an online browser application for mobile and desktop use. Native Android, iOS and Windows installers are not included. The standard edition is designed for a single administrator; shared staff roles and multi-branch operations require a separate scope.
Rental agreements for your selected country
Choose United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Canada or New Zealand, or use the custom-country option. Enter the local jurisdiction where required, edit the agreement and keep its text with the individual booking.
These are English-language equipment-hire template drafts, not government forms or certified legal documents. Local legal review and completion of your cancellation, delivery and deposit-return terms are your responsibility. They do not cover property tenancy, vehicle rental or hire purchase.
What to know before ordering
How do I buy a package?
Request your preferred tier by email or through our contact page. Tell us your country, equipment types, approximate catalogue size and hosting preference. We confirm the scope, delivery and acceptance checks before payment or deployment.
Are card payments and reminders included?
No. The current edition records payments manually. Card processing, automatic email or SMS reminders, recurring billing, AI features, customer self-service booking and accounting integrations are not included.
Can you host it on my own account?
Client hosting is the intended delivery option, subject to a compatibility check and completion of independent deployment. Hosting is charged by your provider and is not included in the one-time licence price. A managed hosting arrangement can be quoted separately.
Are records unlimited?
There are no different plan-based booking limits. The current standard workspace has technical limits of 1,000 equipment types, 5,000 customers and 5,000 bookings, with a 2 MB total record-payload limit; whichever limit is reached first applies. Up to 10 inspection photos per booking, 5 MB per photo, are supported separately. Larger datasets require an agreed upgrade; the product is not advertised as unlimited.
How do backups work?
The JSON backup contains record data and photo references, not copies of the image files. Photo-file backup and restore must be arranged for your hosting setup.
