Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email, selected package and project message. Company, country/timezone and current website are optional. We use this information to review requirements, respond and coordinate the proposed work.
Project briefs are saved in our WordPress administration area for authorised staff. An enquiry notification may be sent to our business email. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
Email, WhatsApp and payments
If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, the relevant providers also handle the communication. Payments take place through richcom.lk and its payment provider, under the information presented in that checkout. This website’s enquiry form does not collect card details.
Private payment links
When you buy a published package, Richcom.lk receives your billing details and project requirements to prepare your order. A private payment link displays the selected service, project reference, agreed scope, payment amounts and order status. richcom.software retrieves this summary securely from richcom.lk. Billing contact and address details are held with the order on richcom.lk. Keep your payment link private. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
Functional services
WordPress and hosting services process requests needed to serve the site and protect forms. Google Fonts supplies the display fonts used on the site. No advertising or analytics integration is included in this website build.
App data
The direct-install apps have separate local-storage terms. Connected catalogue or cloud AI features may send information to the connected website or the client’s LLM provider. Confirm the relevant package behaviour before purchase.
