When the delivery period starts

Custom-work timelines start once all required content and project requests are provided. The selected package, deliverables, inputs and payment arrangements are agreed before commencement.

Current delivery periods

  • Custom mobile app, e-commerce app and custom office app: 1 month
  • Richcom Mobile Word, Excel and Scanner apps: instant delivery
  • Standard and custom branded desktop quotation software: 3 days
  • Custom branded mobile quotation software: 1 month
  • Product listing, blog and content hub batches: 1 week
  • One-time technical services and hosting migration: 3 days

Direct installation and local records

Apps are delivered for direct installation, with the target platform and installation method agreed before custom development. They are not published in app stores under these packages.

App records are stored on the device. No Richcom-hosted cloud database, central synchronisation or cloud backup is included. Save a separate local backup to recover records after device loss or replacement.

Software updates

The three productivity apps and three quotation-software editions include three years of software updates. Quotation editions specify one device and one-time installation.

Connected features and separate costs

Catalogue integration and cloud AI need internet access. Cloud AI sends approved requests and relevant content to the client’s LLM provider. The client pays LLM/API usage separately.

Domain names, hosting, merchant approval and any agreed paid third-party licences are provided or paid by the client as specified in the package.
